You have to inform us about any defects or issues within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel than after No return or exchange will be entertained.
No refund/return/exchange for minor color or minor quality issues..
Note .small thread pulls, light stains, colour change, quality,shoes pasting,over colour printing and all are not considered as damages.
No return or exchange if we send products as per your given sizes. We will not be responsible if you had given us a wrong Sizes. So take the proper sizes in Inches/numbric from your customers.
There is slight color variations due to light settings and screen resolution.
Don't ask for tracking immediately after making payment..
Some members asking me same day for tracks .it's not possible to provide same day track .
if Ur parcel is not received within 7 business days inform me

Courier
I am not the owner of any courier services.
So I am only sending the parcel through courier.if any dealyed in courier service I am not responsible for delay because it's not in my hand.But 24X7 support from our side with 100% effort to solve issue.if issue not solve them mutual discusion.
Don't asked for refund/cancelled order due to delayed in courier shipment.keep patitence and cooperate.
BrandFactory will not refund/cancelled order due to delayed in service.
